The Project consisted of an expansion and renovation of the south side of the Stadium. The existing press boxes and suite seating were completely demolished and rebuilt and include premium box seating as well as a new press box facility. The new facility includes spaces that accommodate media, television, radio and stadium operations. The fan seating portion of the expansion includes Outdoor seats, covered Box seating, Indoor Suites and Indoor “Club” seating as well as a lounge designed to accommodate all the patrons in the Club and Suites area including concession areas to service the fans during
Great Floors provided and installed 5000+ square yards of carpet tile, over 23,000 square feet of ceramic tile, all of the granite slab countertops as well as 12,000 lineal feel of specialty resilient base and custom entrance systems. The job had an aggressive schedule and our contract required we complete the project within 50 days or less. From start to finish
the project took 45 days to complete and we managed two 20 person shifts working 24 hours a day 6 days a week.

Coeur D'Alene Casino Spa TowerWorley, ID
The Coeur d’Alene Tribe’s respect for their land and people is reflected in the transformational sustainable design that is taking them into the 21st century, strengthening them as a people, corporation, and stewards of the environment. A perfect example of this design integration is the custom waterjet tile feature in the main lobby. The floor design is an exact representation of the Coeur d'Alene Tribal waters with the light fixture above representing the depth of the watershed areas. The newly designed resort provides new dining venues, a new spa, and 98 new hotel rooms.
This project won the distinction of Hospitality/Public Space Honorable Mention at the 2012 Starnet Design Awards.
King County Library - Lake Forest ParkLake Forest Park, WA
Great Floors installed the flooring in this facility. Located at a major crossroad, the library not only serves Lake Forest Park, but several other communities in King County. It has 41,000 items to choose from and access to over 3 million items in the entire King County Library System.
Washington Mutual TowerSeattle, WA
This project is one of the largest construction projects to take place in downtown Seattle in several years. Great Floors provided and installed over 100 thousand yards of carpet tile, provided and installed the specialty stained concrete as well as wood flooring and other specialty products.
The WaMu Center was built to LEED Silver Standards, and it is a Starnet Worldwide 2006 Design Award Winner.

This mixed use facility houses several different types of businesses. Great Floors provided and installed over 25 thousand square feet of granite and marble in this building. The building is three stories tall and is home to doctors, dentists, banks, a deli, and several major anchor tenants. Great Floors provided the flooring for the core section of the building and every office suite.

This spectacular facility, which features a unique ship hull like design, carries its design theme to the floors. The carpet was carefully selected and designed to have a subtle appearance of ripples in water, similar to the view of the Spokane River right outside its windows. It was also awarded the Silver Rating from the LEED program.

The basis for Zi Spaís overall design is water. When entering the building you are aware of water. You hear it and see it flowing down a three story wall of slate, open to the main stairwell. The main reception and retail area has a custom stainless steel water feature. The Spokane River is in view from many spa spaces including the salon and retail center. Great Floors provided and installed all Stone, Ceramic, Wood and Specialty Vinyl Tiles.

This high end Multi Family Condominium Complex was designed with the wealthy in mind. Most all of the finishes provided in this building are exotics or high end imports. The average unit size is over 6000 square feet plus 1000 square foot of terrace space. Great floors provided stone, wood, wool carpets, tiles and other unique flooring products throughout this entire high end facility.
Lidgerwood Elementary SchoolSpokane, WA

The floors in this facility are Linoleum and Carpet with several different patterns which creates a very warm interior versus your standard VCT installation. The Multipurpose room is used for several different functions such as lunches and assemblies. The school has a main traffic corridor but also has secondary corridors so that functions will not disturb the students in class.

This was a challenging project that included the complete renovation of the Washington State Capitol after the Seattle earthquake in 2000. The project had substantial amounts of floor preparation as well as a very intricate and detailed Axminster carpet installation. The goal of the project was to have a building that looked exactly the way it did when it was originally constructed.
Edmonds Library ReplacementEdmonds, WA

With this project the customer was looking for an updated yet timeless look for their existing facility. The Milliken products used for this project achieved this goal and created definition and drama throughout the existing facility. Not only did the owner put in a very sustainable product but they also insisted that all of the old broadloom carpet be recycled using The Great Floors carpet reclamation program.
Bank of Whitman HeadquartersSpokane, WA
This project had its challenges. The building was formerly an old Lamont’s department store and the entire interior of the building had to be completely demolished. The center core of the building was removed and an open lobby was added with the circular granite rotunda in the center of the bank. The Bank of Whitman project has contributed greatly to the re-vitalization of the downtown Spokane area.

This K-12 school decided to purchase all of their flooring directly from Great Floors through their KCDA service contract. Great Floors provided and installed all the carpet, rubber flooring in their mixed use rooms and hallways and also their wood flooring in the gymnasium.
