WSU Elson S. Floyd Cultural Center
The WSU Elson S Floyd Cultural Center is a 16,000 sf building consisting of educational, dining, and public space. This space is used to help celebrate diversity as well as bring, students, faculty, and alumni of all different nationalities together under one roof. The design of the building as well as the finishes were designed to flow from one room and flooring finish to the next. The use of flooring transitions is virtually nonexistent as you walk through the space. Great Floors worked direct with GGLO recommending finishes that would no only hold up to demands of a public facility, but provide a great aesthetic as well.
